Support
Your pages are stored encrypted on your phone, never on our servers. When you ask for a reply, or when InnerSelf reads your pages for a reading, only those words are sent, encrypted. They are read once, never stored by us and never used to train AI.
Write to sophie@innernote.ai, or use Write to us, behind the line at the foot of the app's Settings. Write to us adds only the app and iOS versions, never your pages.
Your journal
Your journal lives on this iPhone, encrypted. If the phone is lost without a backup, InnerNote can't recover it.
How it moves to a new iPhone is explained in the app, under Where your journal lives (tap the line at the foot of Settings), and in the Privacy Policy.
Your account
Signing in is optional: with Apple, with Google, or with your email address and a 6-digit code. Your account holds your sign-in and email address only, never your pages.
Sign out and Delete account are in Settings, under Account. Delete account removes your sign-in and email address from our server; your pages stay on this phone. To erase them, use Delete all data in Settings.
Subscription
Your first 7 days include everything, with no card needed. After that, a subscription keeps writing, replies, InnerSelf and InnerWork open; without one, your pages stay yours to read, search and export.
Manage or cancel it in your Apple account settings. Restore purchase is on the plans, opened from Settings › Subscription.
Security
Report a security concern to sophie@innernote.ai. Please don't include passages from your journal.
