Your writing is yours
Everything you write in InnerNote belongs to you. Your pages are stored on this phone, encrypted, and never on our server. No ads, no tracking. We do not read your writing, sell it, or train AI on it. You may export or permanently delete all of it at any time from Settings.
The witness
Your pages are stored encrypted on your phone, never on our servers. When you ask for a reply, or when InnerSelf reads your pages for a reading, only those words are sent, encrypted. They are read once, never stored by us and never used to train AI. A page is sent only when you ask the witness to read it, and InnerSelf sends the sentences of your pages it reads only once you allow it. You can turn that off at any time in Settings → InnerSelf. A page you type at innernote.ai/write is sealed in your browser so that only this phone can open it, and held encrypted on our server until the phone collects it, or for 30 days. Anthropic, our AI provider, keeps what it reads for up to 30 days, longer only if its safety checks or the law require, and never trains on it.
Subscription
Your first seven days include everything. After that, a subscription keeps writing, replies, InnerSelf and InnerWork open; without one, your pages stay yours to read. You pay through the App Store, Google Play or, on innernote.ai, Stripe, and a subscription renews until you cancel it with them or at innernote.ai/account.

InnerNote is not a medical service, diagnostic tool, emergency service, or substitute for professional care. If you need urgent help, contact the emergency services where you are.
